These terms apply to easydiesel.net and purchases from Easy Diesel, operated by Easy Supply. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Products and fitment
Use the application and configuration information on the product page when selecting a belt. Before installation, compare the belt, routing, rib count, and application information with the belt being replaced. If anything appears different or you are unsure, contact us through our fitment help page before installation. A cross-reference or nominal dimension alone does not establish fitment for every vehicle configuration.
Orders, prices, and availability
Product prices and availability are displayed in the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and the order total are shown at checkout before payment. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when ordering, and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Orders are subject to availability and successful payment. If an error or an availability issue prevents us from fulfilling your order as placed, we will contact you to resolve it and refund any amount paid for an order or item we cancel. Joining a stock notification list is not a paid reservation, an order, or a guarantee of an availability date.
Shipping and delivery
The delivery options and charges available for your order are shown at checkout. Any stated delivery estimate is an estimate unless we expressly identify it as a guaranteed service. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the 30-day ordinary return window, eligibility, return authorization, shipping responsibility, and refund timing. Ordinary returns and warranty claims follow different rules. The ordinary return window and unused-product requirements do not restrict a valid warranty claim.
Limited lifetime belt warranty
The Easy Diesel Limited Lifetime Belt Warranty covers qualifying purchases on or after September 13, 2026. It covers defects in materials or workmanship and normal wear requiring replacement for the original purchaser, for as long as that purchaser continuously owns the same identified truck. The written warranty controls over any conflicting general store terms concerning its coverage or remedies. These terms do not disclaim implied warranties, reduce the written warranty, or limit nonwaivable statutory rights. Later changes do not reduce coverage for an existing qualifying purchase.
Use of the website and privacy
Use this store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, interfere with the store or its security, or misuse another person's payment or account information. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a dated revision. Changes apply prospectively. The terms and applicable policies in effect when you place an order apply to that order, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
