Check four details before ordering
- Model year: confirm the truck's exact model year.
- Engine: identify the diesel engine displacement.
- Alternator configuration: determine whether the truck has a single- or dual-alternator setup.
- Equipment package: note cold-weather, ambulance, PTO, or other special equipment that can change belt routing.
Launch applications
- 7.3L diesel: select 1999–2003 single-alternator applications without the cold-weather package
- 6.0L diesel: select 2004–2007 single-alternator applications
- 6.7L diesel: select 2012–2017 and 2020–2025 single-alternator applications
- 6.7L diesel: select 2018–2019 single-alternator applications
Important: year and engine alone are not always enough. Confirm the complete product-page fitment notes before ordering. The 2003 model year requires special attention because of its engine transition.
