Easy Diesel uses Shopify-calculated carrier shipping. The available service levels and complete shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Rates are based on the delivery destination, shipment weight, package dimensions, and carrier service selected.
Available destinations
Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the destinations and carrier services currently available. If checkout does not return a shipping option for your address, contact Michael@easysupply.us before ordering.
Processing and delivery estimates
Only products shown as available can be purchased. Joining the first-shipment list is not a preorder, requires no payment, and does not reserve a delivery date.
For in-stock orders, the carrier and estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the shipment and are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, holidays, weather, address problems, and carrier disruptions can extend delivery time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.
Address changes and returned packages
Review the shipping address before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately with the order number. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier or reshipping charges caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address may be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, missing, or delayed shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact Michael@easysupply.us with the order number and relevant photographs or tracking information. We will review the shipment and help with the appropriate carrier process.
Returns
Shipping and delivery questions are separate from product returns. Review the 30-day returns and refunds policy before ordering.
